TradeX House Rules
These rules keep every trade safe for both sides. Everyone agrees to them before their first trade. By trading on TradeX you agree to follow them — breaking them can pause a trade, refund a buyer, or restrict an account.

- 1Be honest and accurate
Provide accurate information about yourself and what you are trading, and act honestly in every trade.
- 2Buyers pay through TradeX
Buyers must pay the agreed amount through TradeX's supported payment process, so the money is protected by escrow.
- 3Sellers deliver exactly what was agreed
Sellers must deliver exactly what was agreed in the listing and the trade room — nothing less, nothing different.
- 4No manipulation or false evidence
Do not manipulate trades, submit false evidence, or abuse the dispute system in any way.
- 5Treat people with respect
Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, or defraud other users.
- 6Don't bypass TradeX payments
Do not take payment outside the platform's process to avoid the applicable fees or the safeguards escrow gives both sides.
- 7No fake accounts or gaming the system
Do not create fake accounts, manipulate reviews or ratings, or exploit bugs in the platform.
- 8Cooperate with checks and disputes
Cooperate with legitimate verification and dispute-resolution requests from the TradeX team.
- 9TradeX may step in when something looks wrong
TradeX may pause a transaction, restrict an account, or ask for extra evidence when suspicious activity is detected.
- 10Only trade what you may lawfully transfer
Do not trade illegal goods, stolen property, or any asset you have no right to transfer.
- 11Follow the law and third-party rules
Comply with applicable laws and the rules of any third-party service involved in the trade.
