Questions
How does escrow protect me?+
When you buy, your money is held by TradeX — not sent to the seller. It is only released once you confirm you received exactly what the listing promised. If something's wrong, you open a dispute.
What can I sell here?+
Only accounts and digital items you are authorized to transfer. TradeX does not support stealing accounts, bypassing a platform's rules, or anything you don't own the right to sell.
How do sellers get paid?+
When the buyer confirms, your balance goes up by the sale price minus our fee. Withdraw it to your Nigerian bank from your dashboard.
What if the seller never delivers?+
Open a dispute from the trade room. Our team reviews the trade room and the delivery and refunds you if the seller didn't deliver what was promised.
